Transportation Request Form 

• The Gloucester Public School District’s free and fee-based transportation eligibility criteria are listed within the downloadable application.

• If you would prefer a paper copy of the application emailed or sent to you, please email lfrancis@gloucesterschools.com

with your address. 

• Once a student is registered for the school bus and their application has been processed, their transportation information will be available through the My Ride K-12 App 

• A student must be registered to take the bus before transportation may begin.
